SFeng CWHG-S series atmospheric biomass-fired hot water heater is a kind of biomass. The particle is the fuel exemption boiler, the heater adopts the unique smokeless combustion technology, the design of multiple blast, and the reasonable arrangement of two and three air in different heights of the furnace, so that the combustion is more fully matched with the multi-tube energy saving system, the biomass particles are burned in the combustion chamber after the flue gas N return cycle, so that the hot water heater heating area is increased by 30%, and the thermal efficiency can reach 88%. The hot water heater reasonably increases the grate area, adopts a double-side air inlet, and adopts the double-side section air supply mode of adjustable closed structure under the grate so that the air inlet uniformly improves the fuel burnout rate, and the burnout rate reaches 99.5%. The full combustion of the fuel realizes the low emission of CO², sulfur and nitrogen oxides, which meets the environmental protection requirements around the country.

The equipment employs temperature-controlled energy-saving operation control technology, enabling one-click operation, real-time display of combustion data, fault alarms and protection, fault inquiries, and automatic adjustment of firepower through fully automated intelligent control.
