YLW-S series biomass/coal fired thermal fluid heater is a square box type assembled forced circulation chain grate heater. According to the fuel characteristics, the heater convection heat transfer section adopts measures such as high and low staggered rows, wider spacing and arrangement of soot blowing devices and ash removal devices to reduce the accumulation of heater ash and improve the efficiency of the heater.
The heater adopts high-quality thermal insulation materials and special construction technology, with a good thermal insulation effect.
Heater heating surface tube butt to fully automatic gas shielded welding process and equipment, real-time X-ray online inspection welding. Welding quality is stable and reliable.

2. Safe and reliable

Medium flow is reasonable, heat conduction oil from low(import) to high (export), the operation of the medium generated by the gas is difficult to stay in the furnace, and can be easily discharged from the system.
Furnace heat exchanger surface adopts double dense row of coils, the heating surface arrangement is complete, rapid load rise, large load margin.
The boiler operation adopts remote and local multi-control, with complete automatic control and monitoring instruments.
The tail convection heat transfer section adopts special anti-dust accumulation structure design and is equipped with soot blowing device, so that it operates without dust accumulation and has high heat transfer efficiency.
