Leveraging its own strengths and drawing from advanced domestic and international technologies and experiences, SFENG Boiler has developed the Condensing Gas Hot Water Heater Unit. This hot water heater unit utilizes micro-positive pressure combustion technology, with an Italian-imported combustion system. Internally, the hot water heater unit employs a multi-pass smoke circulation structure and is equipped with a condensing-type energy-saving system on the upper part of the furnace. This system reduces exhaust temperatures while simultaneously enhancing equipment thermal efficiency and reducing energy consumption. Upon power connection, the control system of the hot water unit first conducts water level detection and then measures the internal water temperature. If both are within normal ranges, the boiler ignites the combustion system to initiate heating. Once the temperature reaches the set value, the combustion system stops heating, entering an automatic insulation state. If the temperature drops below a certain set value, the combustion system automatically restarts. 1. Fully automatic operation with one-key start, no need for specialized personnel to operate.

Adopting a multi-pass smoke circulation method and equipped with a condensing-type energy-saving device to increase convective heat transfer, the heat transfer coefficient is higher than that of ordinary smoke tubes. This effectively saves energy while reducing exhaust temperature, minimizing heat radiation to the external environment, resulting in a thermal efficiency of over 95%.
